We allow employees to perform simulations anywhere and at any time they want as a form of employee self-service. For example, employees can simulate what effect working less has on their monthly pay, how much it would cost them to buy hours of leave or what impact it would have if they took parental leave.
Using a number of sliders, employees can set up their simulation as they see fit. The effects are shown directly down to net level.
