The selection process is fully automated, with the employee being shown the tax advantage at the time of application. Individual conditions of the employees are taken into account, such as whether or not they are entitled to a company car. During the process, employees are informed of the status of their selection. Because we work with an open eco-system, where we can link to and from our system, we can export your employees’ choices to your core HR system. This allows mutations to be processed immediately.

Insight into the valuation of benefits

In addition to being able to select benefits, employees also have the opportunity to rate benefits. This gives you a grip on how much value is attached to the benefits that you offer as an employer. Choices and ratings of benefits are displayed in dashboards and can be analysed.
