At Grolsch, the communication on labour conditions and benefits was quite a challenge. With over 650 employees, it’s often hard to keep track of all the changes and personal preferences. Grolsch wanted a more efficient, eco-friendly system that would give employees better insight into their labour conditions and benefits. A digital HR-system that allows employees to personalize their labour conditions and benefits while directly seeing the results of their choices in that same system.

Inspire enables Grolsch employees to change their terms of employment themselves and, thanks to the simulation modules, gives them valuable insights into the effects of the changes they implement.

A satisfaction survey has already shown that employee satisfaction has risen from a score of 6.8 (out of 10) with the old paper system to 8.2 with Inspire!

The implementation was delayed by Covid, but the result is no less. Select HR now offers its employees remuneration tailored to their individual needs, which also increases their purchasing power.  The employees react enthusiastically and the HR department is looking forward to the future, when they will have to perform fewer tasks!
