Pointlogic HR is a smart, innovative organisation in the field of HR. With our own developed software, we help organisations to gain insight into their labour costs. On the other hand, we help organisations to give their employees insight into their own employment conditions package.

Pointlogic HR is a small flexible organisation that is part of SD Worx, a leading European provider of payroll and HR services. Whereas our clients are now mainly located in the Netherlands and Belgium, in the coming period we will be investing a lot of energy in expanding our services to other countries.

What you will do?

With a small and dynamic team, we work with the latest technology to further expand our cloud platform. Will you help us realise our ambitions and bring the extra spark we are looking for?

Our solution gives organisations a better grip on the costs of Reward. In addition, employees of organisations have a clear overview of their total appreciation and can compile their own package. We can work for leading (international) clients and make a real impact for them. A quarter of the Dutch working population is assessed with our software!

Our cloud platform is the basis of our services. We are transforming our suite into a full cloud solution, expanding it further and enabling integrations with other systems. We now work with Azure DevOps, Visual Studio, Visual Studio Code and build in C# and typescript and use Asp.net (.Net Core) and Angular.

What we offer?

You will receive a good salary that matches your experience. You are entitled to 25 days of holiday. The pension scheme is good and includes additional insurances. Good performance is rewarded through a bonus system. There are also many other additional schemes.

Your working hours are flexible! Of course, we expect you to be present at certain times, but besides that, you can determine your own working hours. Just what suits you best in relation to your private life.
